Backoffice and Purchasing Assistant (m/f/d) – Full time
For this key position we are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented person with high organisational skills. You are creative and have an outgoing, charismatic personality and would like to become the heart and the soul of our team.
Responsibilities
- Purchasing
- Execution of product-orders with our inhouse ordering system
- Purchasing administration and delivery follow-up
- Handling of credit card and PayPal payments
- Travel management and Event organisation
- Assistance to the management (as the need arises)
- General backoffice duties and team support
- On- and offboarding of employees
- Help with accounting and record keeping/administration
Requirements
HAK, FH or comparable education
- HAK, FH or comparable education
- MS Office proficient, high IT affinity
- Knowledge of and experience with accounting highly desirable
- Very good knowledge of English (company language), German (negotiation level)
